The calming cat worry toy is available to be purchased separately. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or antibacterial wipes.
Over 140 coaching cards, authored by Paula Williams, a Senior Educational Psychologist, accompany the cat. These cards, categorised by colour, provide insights, strategies, activities, and advice for understanding and managing a range of emotions. Green cards discuss bodily responses; Blue introduce coping strategies; Pink ensure fun is a regular part of children's lives; Yellow encourage reflection on feelings and behaviours; and Grey signal early anxiety signs.
