For the purpose of data protection legislation, the data controller is RM Educational Resources Ltd (RMER) including the trading entity “TTS”, which has its registered office at: 142B Park Drive, Milton Park, Abingdon Oxon. OX14 4SE.

RM This Apps Privacy Policy is intended for circulation to RMER’s customers, suppliers and other interested parties. This Apps Privacy Policy outlines how our digital applications process personal data.

  • No personal data is requested or handled via the Bee-Bot app
  • Geo-location services do not have to be enabled to use the Bee-Bot app
  • The Bee-Bot app does not contain links to third party sites
  • The Bee-Bot app does not contain in app purchases

2.2 Blue-Bot

  • No personal data is requested or handled via the Blue-Bot app
  • This app connects to your physical Blue-Bot via Bluetooth Low Energy, therefore Geo-location services will need to be enabled. The app does not collect data on where the user is located
  • The Blue-Bot app does not contain links to third party sites
  • The Blue-Bot app does not contain in app purchases

2.3 Blue’s Blocs

  • No personal data is requested or handled via the Blue’s Blocs app
  • This app connects to your physical Blue-Bot via Bluetooth Low Energy, therefore Geo-location services will need to be enabled. The app does not collect data on where the user is located
  • The Blue’s Blocs app does not contain links to third party sites
  • The Blue’s Blocs app does not contain in app purchases

2.4 Rugged Robot

  • No personal data is requested or handled via the Rugged Robot app
  • This app connects to your physical Rugged Robot via Bluetooth Low Energy, therefore Geo-location services will need to be enabled. The app does not collect data on where the user is located.

RMER works to ensure that all relevant products and services that might be accessed by children have been designed and implemented in accordance with the Children's Code/ Age-Appropriate Design Code.
