Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway Terms and Conditions: Schools and Academies Event: Terms and conditions: 1. By entering the Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and you will be legally bound by them. 2. The Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway is not open to RM plc (including TTS) employees, families, agents or anyone connected with them. 3. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. 4. The prizes are: TTS Messy Play Water STEAM Channelling Cubes, TTS Giant Potion Bottles 3pk, TTS Sand and Water Eco Kit 21pk and Metal Creative Tubs 3pk. 5. The Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway will run from Monday 1st June 6pm to Sunday 7th June 11:59PM. Only those qualifying entries received during this period shall be entered into the Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway. 6. The winner will be notified via social media within 5 working days of the closing date. If the winners do not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by TTS then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and TTS shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below (and that winners will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and TTS shall be entitled to select another winner. 7. The content of the giveaway may vary at RM Educational Resources Ltd.'s discretion but shall remain of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 8. The Hayley Winter Summer Giveaway is open to customers based in the UK (inc. Channel Islands and the Isle of Man). Any entries submitted from outside this area will not be eligible for the prize draw. 9. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far, as is permitted by law, the Promoter and RM Educational Resources Limited exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay, or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third-party supplier. 10. RM Educational Resources Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control or in the case of anticipated, suspected, or actual fraud. RM Educational Resources Ltd.'s decision in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Glue Sticks Prize Draw Terms and Conditions: 1. By entering the prize draw you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and you will be legally bound by them. 2. This prize draw is open to customers aged 18 and over in the UK who place an order between 27th May 2026 and 4th August 2026. The prize draw is not open to RM plc (including TTS) employees, families, agents or anyone connected with them. 3. To enter the prize draw you must place an order using code STOCKUP. 4. One order equals one prize draw entry. 5. No minimum order spend required for entry into prize draw. 6. RM plc accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter. 7. The closing date for the prize draw is midnight 4th August 2026 and will include all eligible orders placed from 27th May 2026 (start of the promotion). 8. The prize is for 5,000 glue sticks which is calculated to be the average yearly usage of UK primary schools based on previous order data from our database. 9. The winner will be selected by TTS at random and notified via email within 24 hours of the closing date. If the winners do not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by TTS then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and TTS shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and TTS shall be entitled to select another winner. 10.
