    We ordered 13mm paper fasteners. We were supplied with 20 mm fasteners. This resulted in time wasted in phone calls and follow up phone calls when the person that I called did not get back to me. Usually I have been very happy with the service and Customer Support from TTS, on this occasion it was not as good as usual.

    Wrong size delivered and no update received from TTS about replacement. I had to telephone again to find out what was happening.
