Whilst we were confident going into our order with TTS, following recommendations from teachers – this was a mistake. Our museum has had near constant issues with the order and customer service since payment was made:

We received no notification of deliveries, one of our three parcels was damaged and returned with no communication from either the company or couriers until I chased them.

For the items that did arrive, they were packaged horribly with loose pencils and glue sticks quite literally thrown-in with their packaging broken. Naturally the led of the pencils were shattered, tape was squashed this is not surprising, the parcel itself had been crudely taped together.

The remaining part of this was not even available for dispatch for a full month which we were not informed of until payment was taken which was completely ill suited to our project, we needed them over the month.

Whilst I would seldom write a negative review, my experience, and that of my charity has been very poor. The customer service, whilst they tried their best, was ill suited to handle the complaint – unfortunately English was not their first language and the signal was poor.

In spite of all the difficulties, they were only able to offer in-store credit, which is frankly reprehensible.
