Easy to use and great for my son. They are used daily as my son likes instructions recorded onto them, he plays it repetitively, I think so that he can process the words in his own time. They are brightly coloured and easy to record onto, the recordings are clear and a good volume level.

I have telephoned and e-mailed you twice to return this product but as to date I have had no reply. The service for purchasing is good but it seems to fall down on the returns. I will have to try to phone again today.
