Power Maths Starter Kit - Reception
Reception Year manipulatives for the whole class to use throughout the year.
Overview
To support the teaching of Power Maths for the Reception year, this bespoke set of concrete manipulatives has been created by TTS in collaboration with Pearson. Designed to enhance the concrete-pictorial-abstract approach, it ensures effective learning for children.
The kit includes shapes and size attribute sets, two-colour counters, hula hoops, colourful stacking counters, beanbag minis, coloured digit cards, super coloured sorting sets, five frames, and ten frames write & wipe flash cards. These tools help children compare numbers, link numerals to quantities, explore 2D and 3D shapes, understand number composition up to ten, and learn number bonds.
As a bonus, a folding canvas box is included. Note that the contents may vary slightly.
