Overview
Children need to engage with early years maths skills using hands-on activities. The Numberblob Counters provide 120 counters in twelve colours matching Numberblock One to Ten, making math fun and engaging for children. Each colour has ten counters, offering ample materials for counting, patterning, sorting, and more tasks.
The counters have closed and open mouths, imitating the Numberblobs on the TV show. Hidden 2D shapes on the bottom of each counter encourage children to identify shapes and discuss features such as sides and corners. Measuring 2 cm in size, they align nicely with MathLink Cubes for one-to-one correspondence.
Constructed from durable, soft-touch plastic, the counters are easy to wipe clean and come with a storage tub and carry handle. An included guide provides teacher-developed activities linked to specific episodes, making maths practice enjoyable and comprehensive.
