A. Our standard delivery time is 3-5 working days. If your item is coming directly from our supplier lead times may vary as some items are made to order. Your order acknowledgement will state expected due date.
No. We will ship your order once schools reopen in September to prevent missed deliveries while schools are closed. Our last shipping date for pre-summer holiday delivery is Friday 19th July. All non-school orders will be shipped as usual during this time. However if you would like your order to be shipped after this date please contact us and this can be arranged.
We offer next day delivery on stock items for orders placed on the telephone. The order needs to be placed before 2pm. Please call us on 0800 138 1370, to place your express delivery.
A. These are items that are sent directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
A. We are also experiencing some delays for items that are delivered directly to you from our suppliers, but we are focused on ensuring that we deliver the best service possible to you.
A. Some larger items are made to order, as a result our suppliers need to factor this time in.
A. Customers will receive an order acknowledgement for each order processed advising of stock availability at point of order. Where expected despatch dates change, our customer service team will be in contact with you.here.

A. Our carriers are unable to deliver at specific times of the day. They do not carry mobile phones and are therefore unable to call ahead of delivery.
A. For deliveries in the UK (excluding the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) only, inclusive of standard delivery charges. You may opt for our next day delivery service which may incur additional charges. TTS reserve the right to charge for delivery on Orders with a value of less than £100 (excluding VAT).
