This pack contains replica samples of the food items that would have been rationed in World War II.
Recreate a local store from the 1940s to demonstrate how food was rationed.
The weekly approximate allowance for an adult was butter (50g), bacon (3 slices), 1 egg, cheese (50g), lard (160g), meat (224g), tea (50g), sugar (224g). The pack contains examples of each of these food types. The sugar and tea boxes are self-assembly.

The ww2 rations are not complete[as listed by Ministry at the time] I have repainted the bacon and red meat and replaced the margarine.On the positive it is still ok when I talk to schools about the role of Merchant Navy in ww2.
