For Key Stage 1 Mathematics, children can identify and represent numbers using objects and pictorial representations, including the number line. The numerals also support language such as equal to, more than, less than, most and least when comparing representations.
For Lower Key Stage 2, use the varied numeral representations to identify, represent and estimate numbers. A 2.5mm hole at each top balance point allows stringing against a window or outdoors, where light creates glitter shadows.
