Multiplication Wristbands

Bring enjoyment, engagement and fun to the ‘speed and memory’ approach of learning times tables.

  • Collectable wristbands, printed with clear times table ‘products’ to motivate pupils preparing for the Multiplication Table Check (MTC). Each class pack corresponds with the maths curriculum objective for times table knowledge in Years 2, 3 and 4. The wristbands are colour co-ordinated to allow games and activities based around seeing the patterns and connections involved.

  • Every wristband has a black arrow showing the starting point; pupils can use the printed ‘product’ to support their fluency practice. They also make a useful prompt when recalling the corresponding divisions.

  • Choose the right pack for your class or buy all the times tables for a whole school approach.

  • Perfect as much needed rewards and incentives, the bands can be used in a variety of ways:

  • Give a relevant wristband and once learnt reward with the next times table to learn.

  • Once a times table has been learn give the relevant wristband as a reward.

  • Send home as an alternative to printed times tables.

  • Give discrete support in the classroom for pupils who are struggling to commit tables to their long term memory.

  • Give as part of a whole school reward scheme for learning times tables – celebrate in class and assembly.
