Parkour is an activity or sport based on movement through an area negotiating obstacles by running, jumping, and climbing.

  • The course can be laid out for them, or they can plan the course themselves, adding to their development and skill-set, and can be as simple or complex as they like.

  • Children will interact socially with their classmates and exercise their cognitive skills as they plan and discuss the challenge ahead. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use, the pieces are easy to connect and disconnect for storage.

  • For a simpler activity the course can be re-configured, and children can build their own starter course which involves navigating and weaving along the bases without touching the floor – simply exclude the cross rails and introduce them later as your children develop more confidence.
