General Promotional terms and conditions which apply to all of the below, but please note specific terms:

  • NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION Terms and conditions: 1. PROMOTER: RM Educational Resources Ltd trading as TTS. Once the Promoter receives a valid completed entry from any applicant aged 18 or over based in the UK (mainland only) they will be automatically entered into this prize draw (“NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION”). 2. By entering the NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and you will be legally bound by them. 3. The NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION is not open to the employees of RM plc and its subsidiaries, including RM Educational Resources, trading as TTS, nor their families or agents or the Promoter or anyone connected with them or with the administration of the NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. 4. NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION will run from 10:00am Monday 6th October 2025 to 10am on Friday 17th October 2025. Only qualifying entries received during this period shall be entered into the NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION. The Promoter’s decision as to whether an entry was validity received during this period shall be final. 5. The winner will be selected by the Promoter and notified via e-mail within 7 days of the closing date. If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described below (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner. 6. The prize will be posted within 14 days of the winner being confirmed. 7. One winner will be chosen from all valid entries. 8. The prize per winner is a set of Learning Resources MathLink® Cubes Numberblocks Classroom Set worth over £300 - price of £311.99 (inclusive of VAT) correct on the TTS website as of 30th September 2025 - and a visit to the winner’s school of choice from a mascot, all provided by Learning Resources. The winning school must have a valid TV licence and will need to have the facilities to screen a 10-minute episode of Numberblocks through the BBC iPlayer during the visit. The winner may be featured on the Promoter’s website, blogs and social channels and may also be featured on RM Educational Resources Limited’s (trading as TTS) website, blogs and social channels. 9. The content of the prize bundle may vary at the Promoter’s discretion but shall remain of equivalent or greater value. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless stated otherwise. 10. The NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION is only open to customers based in the UK (mainland only). Entries submitted from outside this area will not be eligible for the prize draw. 11. Nothing in this Agreement excludes RM Educational Resources Ltd’s or the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither RM Educational Resources Ltd nor the Promotor shall be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty howsoever arising), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise for: - a. Loss of profits; or. b. Loss of business; or. c. Depletion of goodwill or similar losses; or. d. Loss of anticipated saving; or. e. Loss of goods; or. f. Loss of use; or. g. Wasted expenditure. h. Any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses12. Subject to Clause 12, and in so far permitted by appliance law, RM Educational Resources Ltd and the Promotor exclude all responsibility for any liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control, including any act or default of any third-party supplier. 13. RM Educational Resources Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the NUMBERBLOCKS TTS COMPETITION with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (such as, without limitation, a force majeure event) or in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud. RM Educational Resources Ltd’s decision in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 14. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
