Flip-It Times Tables cards enable ANY child to become fluent in their chosen times table, and at a very reasonable price too!
Taking a set of cards in order, children can run through the times table to see the ‘progression’ of the table – practising and learning the table along the way. The ‘workings’ shown on the reverse of the card – along with the answer – reinforce learning. When the child feels more confident with the table, the cards can be shuffled so that the answers are not sequential, providing a more stimulating mental workout.
As their understanding and learning increases, their answers will become more fluent – and eventually, some children like to time themselves to see how fast they can answer all the sums, or challenge their friends or classmates to a times table race!
