Ok. Terrible customer service from TTs. Do not buy your blue-bots from them as they come with EU plug and expect you (the customer) to unscrew it to fit aUK one. We had weeks of fussing, sending bits back etc and TTS thought it was acceptable as they explained just "send the plug back not the cable too!" They think after a £1000 order, it's ok to have the customer faffing about. Never again!
