Boromi TTS Competition Terms and conditions: PROMOTER: RM Educational Resources Ltd trading as “TTS”. 1. Once the Promoter receives a valid completed entry from any applicant aged 18 or over based in the UK (including the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man) they will be automatically entered into this prize draw (“BOROMI TTS COMPETITION”). Entries submitted from outside this area will not be eligible for the prize draw. 2. By entering the BOROMI TTS COMPETITION, you agree that you have permission of the relevant School to apply on their behalf, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and you and the winning School will be legally bound by them. 3. The BOROMI TTS COMPETITION is not open to the employees of RM plc and its subsidiaries, including RM Educational Resources, trading as TTS, nor their families or agents or the Promoter or anyone connected with them or with the administration of the BOROMI TTS COMPETITION. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. Only ONE entry per person is permitted. 4. BOROMI TTS COMPETITION will run from Wednesday 25th June 2025 to 11:59pm Wednesday 9th July 2025 inclusive. Only qualifying entries received during this period shall be entered into the BOROMI TTS COMPETITION. The Promoter’s decision as to whether an entry was validity received during this period shall be final. 5. The winning School (“Winner) will be selected by the Promoter and notified via e-mail within 7 days of the closing date. If a Winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of being notified by the Promoter, then the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner in accordance with the process described below (and that Winner will have to respond to notification of their win within fourteen (14) days or else they will also forfeit their prize). If a Winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these terms and conditions, the Winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another Winner. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 6. One Winner will be chosen from all valid entries. 7. The prize for the Winner is the annual use of a Play Library, to be loaned and supplied by Boromi Ltd (“Boromi”). 8. The Winner will need to agree for their contact details to be passed over to Boromi for them to arrange delivery of the prize. 9. Once you win the competition, you must agree to complete Boromi’s onboarding form and sign their Hire Agreement for the winning prize. Boromi will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the Play Library to the Winner and the Promotor will bear no responsibility for the prize once awarded under the competition. 10. Once you have completed Boromi’s onboarding form and signed their agreement, they will ask you if you would like to attend an optional onboarding call. They will also ask for feedback on the Play Library at the end of each school library, which is also optional. The Promoter may ask the Winner to feature on the Promoter’s website, blogs and social channels which is optional. As the Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place, details of the winning School will also be placed on the Promoters’ website, blogs and social media channels. 11. The content of the prize bundle may vary at the Promoter’s discretion but shall remain of equivalent or greater value unless circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it unable to do so. There is no cash alternative available, the prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable unless stated otherwise. 12. The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the RM plc Privacy Policy 13. Nothing in this Agreement excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable whether in tort (including for negligence or breach of statutory duty howsoever arising), contract, misrepresentation (whether innocent or negligent) or otherwise for: - a. Loss of profits; or. b. Loss of business; or. c. Depletion of goodwill or similar losses; or. d. Loss of anticipated saving; or. e. Loss of goods; or. f. Loss of use; or. g. Wasted expenditure. h. Any special, indirect, consequential or pure economic loss, costs, damages, charges or expenses. 14. Subject to Clause 13, and in so far permitted by appliance law, the Promoter excludes all responsibility for any liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control, including any act or default of any third-party supplier. 15. The Promoter reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the BOROMI TTS COMPETITION with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (such as, without limitation, a force majeure event) or in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud. The Promoter’s decision in all matters under its control is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. 16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude an entrant from participating in the competition. 17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 18. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
