Overview

  • Teachers will find this resource ideal for assessing a child's understanding of place value and the base ten number system. Children can independently or collaboratively consolidate their knowledge through simple and engaging domino gameplay while having fun.   • In Year 1, children use these dominoes to identify and represent numbers through objects and pictorial representations. This helps them use language such as equal to, more than, less than (fewer), most, and least. By playing the game, they become familiar with these concepts.
