  • Beautifully designed and printed vinyl learning mats and hands on practical physical resources combine to develop creative and critical thinking skills, communication and collaboration skills, as well as cross-curricula skills in science, technology, engineering, arts and maths.

  • The kit includes 3 different high-quality vinyl STEAM Learning Mats - Geodesic Dome, Stadium Arch, and Windy Lift. There are 5 of each mat, along with associated resources, which allows between 4 and 6 children to work collaboratively to complete each activity. Mats are formatted in the same style, with 4 sections that have clear instructions and guidance for learners, key words and terminology, and each mat is beautifully designed incorporating our unique and engaging characters, Empress and Emperor Pi. The front-of class slides directly relate to each section of the mat to provide extra guidance and challenges, as well as links to real world examples, related careers, extension activities, reviews and evaluations, and suggested further study and research. The how-to video guides are perfect to allow children to follow along, and they give clear practical examples of how to successfully complete each task.
