Very pleased with the product, the children love using the steps
Downside - steps do not roll in/out smoothly and some of the panels to the unit have been filled in (probably where a knot in the wood has been) this does not affect the function of the unit, just aesthetically.
there were no instructions for building the steps included

The product is well made and liked by those using it. Because of weight issues and awkwardness at particular stages 2 people are needed to assemble it. The printed instructions are satisfactory but do need careful reading - allow several hours to assemble it and ideally as near to its destination as possible. I do recommend it and would order it again. Much better quality than similar products our PreSchool leader and I researched beforehand.

The only reason i have not ticked excellent is due to the changing mat being faulty. This however has been swapped out by TTS and i cannot fault the service.
