The Conversation Starters Debate Cards are a fun way to spark a conversation with your pupils. Topics include Friends and Community, Wishes and Favourites, Feelings, Self Skills and Family. All stored in a handy storage tin. Each set of 50 cards has 4 suggested games but there are many more ways these cards can be used.
Our Debate Cards are a set of fun, thought-provoking discussions, carefully written with age appropriate and relevant topics to promote lively debates that appeal to older children. Each card gives tips on how to prepare a debate and how to deliver a convincing argument. Also includes 10 ‘Just a minute’ cards, where children have to talk for just one minute on the selected topic as a warm up activity and preparation for developing and expressing opinions aloud.
Also includes a variety of recordable devices to help children practise and perform. Two sturdy fabric storage boxes will ensure all materials are stored neatly.
