This large pump will support exciting STEAM learning through wet play and the transportation of water movement.

Powered by winding the wheel cog, sit this pump in a tray of water, and turn the handle. The water will get sucked up the tube and projected out the spout. This hand operated design will help children understand the journey of the water flow. Engaging in the causes and effects, predictions and the results, children can explore the connection between the physical tool, and its open ended uses through rotation, cascading, suctions, vacuums and release. The size and design will encourage children to interact and discuss the many ways the water reacts and moves around the pump.

Why not add food colouring to the water, and experiment with different rotatory speeds. See how fast and far you can project the water from the spout. This bright pump will be a centre piece in any water play environment. Measuring 73cm high, and 18 - 27cm at its widest point, this pump comes with 4 x rubber feet which will secure to a water tray base. The water pump cover should be used at all times to prevent finger entrapment as the pump is operated. Water tray is not included.
