These cards, categorised by colour, provide insights, strategies, activities, and advice for understanding and managing a range of emotions. Green cards discuss bodily responses; Blue introduce coping strategies; Pink ensure fun is a regular part of children's lives; Yellow encourage reflection on feelings and behaviours; and Grey signal early anxiety signs. Collectively, these cards guide children through their emotional development in an engaging way.
