Hula Hoops are not only fun to use, they are wonderful for improving fitness and core muscle tone and strength. The extra weight increases the effort required to maintain rotation, although the liquid inside assists with the technique.

The 91cm diameter hoops weigh 670g (standard hoops 310g). Each hoop is multi-coloured, yellow blue and red. Set of 12.

Hula hoops are perfect for fun and engaging games either indoors or outdoors.
