Boomwhackers are a favourite of music educators around the world and are also used by professional musicians, in teambuilding, music therapy and more.

These lightweight , brightly coloured plastic tubes can be handed out to the whole class in seconds and provide a high impact, low noise and extremely visual activity.

Hit them on different surfaces indoors and outside. Use a beater, a fence, a table or your shoe. They can even be used as body percussion. Hit them with your hand, a knee,or your shoulders...they're so lightweight they won't hurt at all!

Start off with our basic, 8 note diatonic set in C major ( BW100), but you'll find that you are able to be more versatile with the addition of BW101 which consists of 5 sharps and flats. Lower the sound by an octave by adding some Octavator Caps  BWC8 to make the tubes really boom, or purchase the BW200 low octave set which will extend the standard BW100 set to 2 full octaves!

We love Boomwhackers so much that we created a whole 'Rainbow Range' around their fabulous colours. This includes combi bells, chime bars , a beautiful steel pan, and a bumper pack of coloured stickers to stick on your existing tuned percussion. Children will find it easy to transition between instruments and will learn to recognise notes by their colour, and non-specialists will find teaching simple too!
