TTS Fair - We have developed the TTS Fair brand, which encompasses 2 basic principles:
- To increase the number of charity / Fair-Trade suppliers
- To build a social fund based on Fair-Trade principles TTS currently have 100 products that are BAFTS trader supplied or charities.
Our objective is to more than double this in 2008. Based on the Fair-Trade foundation model TTS will put 5% of all we spend on products from India and Africa into the social fund account. We currently have 8 suppliers in these countries, spending £150k per year. The aim is to double the supply base in 2008. The social fund will be used by suppliers to give away to their local primary schools thereby connecting them to local workers.
