What do the order and delivery statuses mean?
Open - This is the usual status for an order that has been received and is now been processed by our team.
On Hold - For some reason we are unable to process this order straight away. We will be in touch with you about this, or you can email/call is to find out more.
Completed - The order is picked, packed and on it's way to you!
Processing - We have received the order and it is now being checked.
Packing - Our warehouse team are rounding up your order and carefully packing it ready to send to you.
Despatched - Your order is on it's way to you!
Direct From Supplier - the item(s) you have ordered will be coming directly from one of our suppliers rather than from our own warehouse. This will be because it is a large item, or has been made for your order.
What do due dates mean?
The Due Date shown is when we expect the order to be despatched from our warehouse or directly from our supplier
