The distinctive shape and dry wipe material of each tile assists children to see, manipulate, read and hear words as well as build new sentences.
Conceived for all children, but especially critical for any child with additional learning needs including; autism, communication and dyslexia. The tiles reinforce sentence construction and grammatical ideas using shape and colour as well as words which in turn highlights, for children, which classes of words behave in which kind of way, a requisite of the 2014 National Curriculum. The magnetic pieces allow children to visualise and change their ideas as they wish, promoting independent thinking. The tiles go on to encourage children to proof read their work and practice vocabulary. Each set also includes teachers’ notes.
