Maths Problem Solving is a six-book series that has been written for teachers to use during the numeracy lesson.
It covers the 'solving problems' objectives from the Numeracy Framework
The book contains photocopiable resources organised into four chapters: making decisions, reasoning about numbers or shapes, problems involving real life, money or measures, organising and using data. Each chapter contains six lessons, one for each half term. There are three differentiated worksheets in each chapter, making it easy to use the book in a mixed-ability classroom
