Isambard Kingdom Brunel was a visionary and a genius, one of the greatest and most versatile engineers of his time. His most notable achievements include building the Great Western Railway, and building the first propeller-driven transatlantic steamship, amongst others. His work meant that people could travel and trade in a new way.
