Our most popular claves are made from solid beech and produce a clear tone with the bright colours engaging children. Choose individual colours or a Claves VALUE pack, consisting of:
8 Pairs of Claves
2 pairs each of Red, Yellow, Green and Blue
Claves are a simple and affordable way for any class teacher or music specialist to get their pupils playing rhythms together and learning about the basics of music.
Claves can be great fun and very satisfying for children but teachers are usually let down by the quality and the resulting sound and feel .. you have no need to take that chance as these are the best quality on the market , in colour at the lowest price.
Why Use Claves?
. Everyone has the same item of percussion and feels equal.
. Inclusive, as children can show actions with the claves without needing to speak - they can just use clear actions and make sounds with the claves.
. Encourages children to be creative.
. Develops self-esteem, self-confidence and social skills.
. Develops hand-eye co-ordination, fine and gross motor skills.
.Encourage co-operation in group work.
. Focuses attention and develops listening skills
.Generates excellent musical outcomes.
. Cross-curricular links - LIteracy for word recognition and syllables, PSHE for Circle Time and PE for movement and games.
Made from high quality beech, beautifully stained in rich colours to add another dimension, this set of 8 pairs in red, yellow, green and blue is the perfect addition to your class resources and will last for years.

Exactly what I had ordered arrived on time. Hard to buy these in local shops and they are so versatile. Children can use them to copy and to make there own tunes. Sturdy and well made.

"My children love these and enjoy tapping out beats, also one of my parents has asked where I got them from, so I have passed your information to her."
